Each student was to contribute an image and some text to compile a collection of ideas, then individually take from the collection to produce a book. This was inspired by how each generation has their own characteristics to it, but are often times reduced fragments of memory we associate them to. And since our memories are composed of pieces of our past and come to us as fragments, or flashes of images, all the images were pieced into collages and reduced to black and white. The text, on the other hand, were stripped down to the most memorable phrases or fragments to further push this idea. The covers of the books were silk screened on event fliers, as another suggestion to the idea of the constant change of events.
