Errolson from Acronym approached me last autumn to produce two graphics for their spring/summer 2010 collection. Both images were inspired by the film 1982 Blade Runner. Printed on fine Egyptian Giza cotton. Produced in Japan on genuine loopwheel machines. Available in selected stores now!

Mini Ride
Tuesday, March 9th, 2010It’s (almost) riding season again!
Mini ride to Treptower Park which is the Soviet War Memorial commemorate the 5,000 fallen soldiers in the Battle of Berlin. Europe is full of history in general but Berlin has been through more than most other cities nearby… I still have a lot to learn, and see within the city limits so it seems.

The snow/ice mounds are pretty much gone by now. The coldness is still lingering though…

Monday, January 18th, 2010A visit to the Berlin Zoo
Tuesday, January 5th, 2010I have a love and hate relationship with zoos and aquarium in general. After being bound indoors for a few days because of the cold and snow, a friend and I decided to venture out to the zoo. I love seeing animals in real life, but most of the time going to places like this makes me really sad about how they’re kept in captivity. A lot of my work revolved around, and is inspired by animals – that of the domesticated types as well as in wilderness. There are so many pros and cons at work for institutions like these, for that the animals are not in their natural habitat, yet I fear for those who are bordering extinction. I hope one day generations after us won’t have to relay on going to places to see live creature, though it might be a bit too late.
This was my first visit to the Berlin Zoo + Aquarium, and probably the last…
